Entretien
Very Lengthy. Phone interview, assessment, multiple face to face interviews with Group Facility Administrator then Regional Operations Director and then Divisional VP. The entire process took nearly 6 weeks and long travel times to multiple locations. I thought all went well but then received email someone else was chosen.
The process was long and drawn out. I wish everyone could have met at the same time instead of the separate interviews which is costly for someone who is unemployed. Maybe that would change in the future. In the end the VP virtually has the last word on who will be hired.

Entretien
1st Was Phone interview with recruiter: They asked questions about my background, and behavioral questions. It took about 45 minutes and she took a lot of notes.
2nd Was a Panel Interview with other Facility Administrators and Group Facility Administrators. All of the questions were behavioral questions, mostly about how you have handled certain situations in the past. It is important that you are thorough with the recruiter and in your resume because the panel will have your resume pulled up and the notes from the recruiter.
3rd Was an interview with the Regional Director, which she asked behavioral questions as well as trying to get an understanding of my knowledge of the business aspect of the position.
4th I did a shadow day at the facility with the Regional Director and acting Facility Administrator. i was shown the facility and met some of the staff. Its important to have a lot of questions and get a chance to have a one on one with the Regional Director if they are their.
Finally I did an interview with the VP and Director or Persons. This interview was intense, The will ask behavioral questions but they will want to know the thought process, the why and the how when you make a decision. Also they will focus on whatever shortcoming you may have and ask how you plan to overcome it.
Was very detailed and went level to level, had to create a presentation that was given to upper management. Enjoyed the entire experience and loved the work that I did. I worked just over 2 years and enjoyed the experience.
