After applying on line, I was contacted by a recruiter from Chicago. There was a phone interview, and the recruiter asked about previous work experience. What they were looking for was some one who did not go from job to job, "job jumpers". They wanted to train some one who was likely to stay. Next the recruiter set up an interview with a local clinic. After one interview I was hired.
