I was reached out for an interview by an AI bot. I was not available for any of the dates so I wanted to reach out to the recruiter directly. I COULD NOT FIND ANY information about the recruiter and who to contact in my email invitation or through the AI bot. I had to sign up for an interview to be able to even get the email of my recruiter. I then email the recruiter and schedule a new time but then I continue to get numerous (5+) emails and texts from this AI bot telling me to sign up for a new time, which was very confusing. When time came for my interview I unfortunately had to miss it because of a medical emergency and contacted the recruiter. She did not reply and instead an automated rejection email got sent to my email. I understand not wanting to interview anymore but at least have the decency to email back saying no, especially having within all the issues with your terrible hiring process. Not only was the dumb AI not causing issues but the recruiter did not seem the best either.

Challenging but seemed very rewarding! The team seemed like a great one to work on. Seemed to be a sort of old-fashioned group, but that's to be expected when an org has been around so long.
