Consult/Contract -- this was a requested meeting to learn more about business and goals. It led to mutual interview of business needs, and some of the services skills I could offer. It's an interesting business model of servie industry and retail in a specialty field ( art/custom framing/gifts). There is a small permanent staff/ some part time or seasonal with growth plans. Well established primary business of 15+ years is a base.
