Interview questions was detailed questions about last team structure and how we conduct our work. Nothing about personal skills or motivation. I concluded that this wasn’t meant for hiring but simply to elicit information on how competitors get their job done.

Processo di selezione chiaro e ben strutturato.Ho trovato grande disponibilità e trasparenza da parte del team HR e dei colloqui tecnici. L’esperienza è stata molto positiva e coerente con il ruolo.

Proposto da una società di recruiting. Intervistatori cordiali che mi hanno messo a mio agio. Colloquio comunque molto vago. Sinceramente non so stessero sondando il mercato piuttosto che cercare effettivamente figure specifiche.

Primo contatto telefonico seguito da un colloquio tecnico con domande usuali sul background, teamwork e capacità varie, e infine un colloquio con l'HR per la parte economica.
Nel complesso è stato molto tranquillo e informale, pur rimanendo nella professionalità.
