They have a very involved interview process where you are encouraged to ask all of your questions and get a proper feel for the place, the culture, the people, etc.
Began with an introduction email after I submitted application. Screen phone call by Human Resources. Then Phone interview with hiring officials. Then series of coordination emails. Then another phone call with hiring official.
