Interviewed for a Technical Support Specialist position, was not offered that job, was referred to the Litigation Management team for an interview because I "made a good first impression" with the previous team.
Communication with company was poor, they could not send out emails regarding position details and steps of interview. Took many emails just to get a response from liaison.
Was ghosted after 3 weeks from last interview in early August. Very unprofessional.

It was not so long and throughout the process , the recruiters and the personnel was professional and polite.
For the 1st time I was not stressed and the head of the Human Resources was so kind
