Though the entire process are very organized, the waiting game for in between each steps are horrendous, it took us almost an entire day just to be told to wait for someone to get back to us.

One of the comprehensive interviews I've ever attended. It consists of 4 parts. English test, speaking test, technical test, mock phone calls. If you didn't pass 1 stage, you'll be disqualified. Once you've passed the tests, then you'll meet with the hiring manager.

Entretien
It was a smooth process though there was a delay for like an 1hr during the interview process regarding MS Teams. It was fast and every organizers or hiring managers are easy to approach.

Took time to wait but was able to received invite email for the assessment. Hoping that I can pass. Asked me to reviewed the fundamental of IT desk service. I am thrilled for the new knowledge hoping to get hired
