I began the process about 3 months ago and they did not hired me by that time for my lack of experience on Portuguese possitions, however when an English job was opened the process was really good and satisfying for me and the employer

Entretien
Invited for two meetings one with TA and one with hiring managers. Then it stalled with monthly check ins reassuring me they want to continue. After 4 months the check ins have stopped and I still haven't recevied an official yes or no.
