I applied online and was contacted by phone to set up an interview. I was interviewed by 3 department heads who were fairly friendly and gave a good overview of expectations for the role. I felt like it went well, and was told I would be contacted, but I never heard back from them, even after I followed up. It would have been nice to at least receive feedback.
