Held a mass recruitment drive in the Noida office. I was one of the first lucky few to be selected. The person taking the interview generally inquired into basic technologies and there were questions on the bid life cycle.
However, post the recruitment the things got really ugly with one of the HRs. (If you appear in Noida for the interview, then you would definitely know who I'm taking about) but I will keep this away from getting personal.
Two things to keep in mind:
1) HR is 'lying' about the appraisals in the company, as there are none
2) Secondly, HR deem your questions to be "stupid" and threaten to block list if you insist on getting honest answers
I got a true reflection of the intransparency of the company and was fortunate enough to get away before I joined.
One of the worst experiences of my professional life.

First-round semi-technical with background details and second & final was on technical and what is expected. It was a pool hire and many bid managers, proposal manager, and other presales people got seleted out of 500 peoples
