Bad hiring process. They wasted my time for 45 minutes over a telephonic discussion. The discussion itself was engaging and fuitful though. The hiring manager was knowlegeable, courteous and it overall ended positive. Post this, none from the HR span hot back to me for more than 2 weeks with no response when I tried to follow up. They simply ghosted out. Why waste everbody’s time when you know yoh either dont have the budget or for some reason you cant hire? Basic courtesy on sharing honest updates with the candidate throughout the whole process was not there. Wonder how would they treat their employees once they join. They need to get their act together and show some professionalism.

Entretien
3 rounds, 1 technical, 1 Managerial and 1 HR round. HR round is just for namesake to discuss on the compensation part etc. Managerial round will be easy too. Main round is the technical.

Recruiter sets up first interview with presales head. The JD mentioned that the architect level job was for sales. The sales head routed again for interview with another technology tower head after a week.
