They took over the contract I was on, then proceeded to not contact me for ~3 months after they were supposed to have started contacting people on the previous contract. The "interview" consisted of a take it or leave it offer that was quite a bit less than what I was getting paid for doing that exact job already. They knew they had me in a vice on account of my job with the old company disappearing, but still took agonizingly long (2 weeks) to tell me they would not negotiate after I tried. Judging by the people they hired after, actual knowledge of the job is not a requirement of getting one. Mostly, they just want to hire people who have a clearance, and they'll worry about the rest later.
