They shortlisted very few from first technical, like only 5 from 30 to 40 people. I was also one of them, then I received the call from HR on Monday that I'm selected. I declined the offer because I was not satisfied with the compensation they were giving.

Even if i had answered wrong, why is the interviewer mocking the candidate? THEN after 2/3 similar questions he said you have not answered one of it correctly and mocked. Then he further went into other technical questions which i couldn't answer as i was already flustered. And even after all this he asked about the package that was discussed for and said why is it so much for 3 years experience when this was well agreed upon 2 times by the HR.
