Les trois premiers entretiens portent sur le parcours du candidat, son interet au métier du conseil, ses motivations pour rejoindre l'entreprise
Le tout dernier entretien consiste à élaborer une synthèse des 3 premiers entretiens ( ce que vous avez pu retenir de l'échange ) et votre avis sur le positionnement de DXC par rapport à la concurrence

Simple. Give you a competency test and then a quick interview. Nothing unusual. Meet with a few people to evaluate fit and background. recruiter is responsive and little delay in communication.
