Terrible. Had a virtual interview and then was given a skills test that took several hours to complete. After that, they ghosted me for almost 3 weeks. I reached out to the team member I interviewed with on LinkedIn because they gave me 0 contact information for anyone at the company. Shortly thereafter, I got a rejection email, no greeting, no thanks for applying, just "we've hired another candidate." Also, the employee I reached out to blocked me on LinkedIn for no reason, except that I asked if I would be moving to the 3rd round.
