The interview process was very easy. I applied to an ad on line which included an on line personality test and was contacted right away. They asked me to come in to meet with the supervisor. I met with him at the gate he was stationed at. Direct questions like "Can you work a specific shift?" I was asked at that time to provide identification to start a back ground check. I then received an email asking me to fill out a form for a check on my drivers license which I faxed. About a week later I was asked to attend a 3 - 4 hour orientation which I was told would be paid. I went to the orientation. The people from DSI that were coming were very late. I was with another new hire. We went through a lot of paper work, where I found out that I had to pay for my back ground check and if anything happened to the uniforms they issued a warrant would be issued for my arrest. They gave me a urine drug test when I was there. It was in a business office of the customer in the bathroom. After the orientation they went silent and I did not hear from them for weeks with a start date. Finally they contacted me but by that time I had found another job. Not a very good experience for a part time low paying job. I was never paid for the 4 hour orientation.

Very fast and very efficient. Got in the same day as the call and knew I was hired almost as soon as I'd gotten home. They were very transparent, and straight forward.
