phone interview, technical interview, home assignment, then review the home assignment. The tech interview was easy, so was the home assignment. when reviewing the home assignment it was clear they left out a significant piece of requirement and required me to code it on the fly. I gave a pseudo code solution but couldn't solve it on the fly (didn't want to, wasn't prepared to). I didn't get any feedback or any call back.
