It started with a phone interview and was invited for in person interview at Malvern office. I was shocked to see how CTO of the company treated the interviewee. After returning back from the interview, I sent an email to recruiter to withdraw my application for this role at DSG. After meeting with the DSG employees, I am sorry but I do not feel we were in agreement with DSG's work ethics, leadership principles and overall culture. My interview started with questions NOT regarding me BUT regarding my husband - Where does he work? What his visa status? Does he know C#? Although I answered all the questions truthfully but I am not sure how are they relevant to this position? If they are targeted to know if I am self capable then we should concentrate on technical questions directed towards me. And even if they are relevant for the argument sake, these should be discussed on phone prior to in person interview so that we utilize each other's time efficiently. This is the most unprofessional and unethical behavior I have ever seen in my educational or professional experience.

The process took 4 weeks. I applied online and within a week I was contacted by recruiter and had a phone screen interview. The next week I was invited for inperson interview where we discussed about projects, interests and technical questions related to JavaScript, C#, SQL, consuming RESTful API.
