Process was an OA, phone round and final round on-site. Interviewers were all very friendly and had a few other candidates in my final round. Overall smooth process and would recommend.

OA, followed by one technical round, and then a 2 day on-site consisting of data analysis, trading games, and one-on-one interviews. They emphasized skills like building predictive models and typical probability questions.
After the online test, I was invited to a technical interview with a trader. After that, the final round consists of a data exercise and a few back to back technical interviews with traders from various teams.
