They seem to be very proud of their unique culture in that they do not see themselves as a company that is quick to fire people. They talk a lot about their emphasis on educating their employees. I had a first roud half hour interview that consisted of some fit questions and a couple of brainteasers. I was encouraged to do these problems without a pen and paper, though I was allowed to if I needed to do so.

The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews. The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.
