After an initial screening, I was selected for online testing. I was given a timed assignment in which I had to read about some macroeconomic institutions' operations and write responses. After this, I was invited to a group interview. The opening was for only one position, however, so I feel it was awkward to be with a bunch of other people knowing only of us could be hired.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
We were all asked to ask one insightful question about the operation. This got a bit awkward as those who came first asked more obvious questions and those who came later could not come up with much of note.
Applied online then got sent a psychometric test which was basically an iq test and then a bunch of short form questions about political and economic issues. Then did a panel interview where they introduced themselves and who they were and they asked us a bunch of questions. Then did one more round of interviews in person.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked me about a likely event that would happen in the near future that would affect fiscal and monetary policy and how it would affect the markets. (Not word for word but basically the gist).
The application started with a comprehensive online assessment. Once you pass this step you get invited to.a group interview. If you advance you get invited to interview alone with managers.

Team Lead interview followed by take home task followed by THREE more interviews with various senior individuals/heads of department & then yet another short interview with HR. A long process, repeating questions, unprepared interviewers.
I suggest figuring out criteria for rejecting candidates earlier in the process, to not waste everyone's time ploughing on through endless stages.
