J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DRW (Montréal, QC)
Entretien
HR scheduled an initial phone interview. The initial phone interview was her telling me that she was sending me a link to an online test that I had to complete. I ignored it because I thought that was pretty presumptuous for a company's first move, even before telling me just a little about themselves or the position, so I continued interviewing elsewhere. A week later I got a reminder email saying I still had a test that needed to be done. I thought "what the hell" and did the test. The next day they want to schedule a 30 minute telephone interview with HR, which was followed by a 60 minute 1-on-1 on-site interview with someone with very poor English speaking skills and was often difficult to understand. This was followed by a 2-hour online test, which was finally followed by radio-silence. The arrogance of this company is quite telling when don't have the common courtesy to follow up with a candidate after several rounds of interviews.
