Interview process is decent . 4 rounds of interview . Although the problems being asked is way ahead of the level of work they offer . Asking DP and for SDET doesn't make any sense since you only have a web application with micro services . 4 rounds all 4 technical with problem solving and api handling . Interviewer should not look for the only solution they have in mind . For scenario based questions there is no wrong answer . Even after clearing all rounds was rejected with no feedback as to what was the expectation and what went wrong . Constructive feedback so that the candidate can improve should be part of the process.

Was contacted by a recruiter, had a hacker rank test cleared that, was invited for second round cleared that too, i the third round the interview was in his own mind he agreed with all the solution i provided still received a no go for further round, there is no feedback provided for the round as they do not have a valid reason for it. Just wasting time and rejecting without a reason so guys please don’t waste time. There are better companies around with better word and interview process go for them
