I got a one way video interview format..U have a deadline of 5 days to complete the interview..I had 6 questions,2 minutes to think and 3 minutes for answering..u will get 3 attempts to Re-record..

1)Have you ever had a challenging assignment or team project where you had to convince others to go with your line of thinking? How did you handle this situation and what was the outcome? How did you manage stakeholder expectations?
The interview was good. They asked mostly about my internship and projects and asked about mongodb, sql and some sort of data structures. Then I had one HR round also where I was interviewed by two hrs.

Entrevista desastrosa. Me enviaron un ejercicio técnico, lo entregué tras haber dedicado varias horas haciéndolo, y el único feedback fue que había copiado. Ni siquiera me dieron la oportunidad de explicar la resolución del ejercicio. Una falta de respeto y consideración importante.
