The second round was more technical in nature. You were asked to design an animal-themed web layout and logo. Can you tell us about your experience and qualifications?
The process started with a design task, which seemed fair at first. After completing it, someone briefly reviewed my work and then brought me to meet the manager. The manager asked several personal questions, such as whether I had a boyfriend, what my personality was like, and whether I would always obey my boss. And the manager would expect you to do a lot of work tasks unrelated to the job title. The role also required working six days a week, with fixed hours until 8 PM daily. Raised red flags about this company culture.
