I was already an employee at the company when I interviewed for a field position. The panel interview was a little intimidating but I guess they have it so everyone that you will work with with have a sense of how you'd get along with the client. After the panel interview, I had one-on-ones with key members of the staff. Most of the questions were behavioral based.

Started with a phone interview, followed by two more interviews with different managers and a test. The final interview consisted of sitting down with the CEO to talk about personal interests, the ability to be a team player, and company values.
