The interview was smooth, the interviewer was very friendly and after several questions regarding the position, she hinted that I didn't match the job. They don't have high requirements they just want you to be part of their company's culture.

I had a phone screening then was told I would be meeting with the hiring manager next. The phone screening lasted all of 5 minutes which seemed odd. After the phone screening I was scheduled for an interview with a hiring manager the next day. Before the meeting I received a call from the person I'd had the phone screening with to notify the interview with the hiring manager was cancelled as they decided not to go remote for this position. I responded that I did not apply for a remote position but was looking to relocation then was told they were looking to hire quickly so that wouldn't work either. For all the good review this company receives it seem very unprofessional, unprepared, and unorganized in their hiring process. I do appreciate my time not being wasted.
