Insightful questions to really find the right person for the role.standard interview process and asking of questions. Ability to ask questions on your end as well to make sure it’s a good fit.
Was flown out to Pittsburgh for a final interview with two individuals. Met for probably an hour before flying back home. The position turned out to be really just a sales position that they try to position as "marketing".

Lots of small talk about general sports news. I had previously worked in sports but wasn't actively following the teams they were discussing, so I was honest.

Entretien
Seemed a little disorganized. HR contacted me first for a phone interview and then notified I would have another phone interview in 2 days with the hiring manager. The day of the 2nd interview I was notified the phone interview would have to be canceled. The next day another HR manager contacted me and conducted the same interview questions that I already answered (i.e- Why are you interested in the company?). A week later I had my phone interview with the hiring manager(s) which was a conference call. People were coming in and out of the conference call. It was very confusing on who I was on the phone with me.
The question were all basic interview questions though. What do you think the biggest competition is for Dick's? Your strengths / weaknesses? Mistake you made that you learned from?
