I went to the store and interviewed following applying online. I got the offer on-site after I was interviewed for maybe 20 minutes.
The next business day, I spent it watching training exercises and doing HR paperwork.

It was fairly easy. Only a phone interview and one in-person interview that lasted 30 mins max. The process took maybe 2 weeks or so. You really do not need to prepare much for it either. They are willing to train
