I was hired as a sales associate. They always ask competency questions in regards to your past employers and situations that you came across. You will have to answer with a situation, action, and result.

applied online. Called in for an interview last minute. Interview lasted an hour. Basic management comments. I always dress up for interviews but not suit and tie material. They did not ask any questions about sports but I am sure its ice to know something.
