Will call and perform a phone screen, set up an initial interview, have any position that will be using a register (which is about every store associate) take a sterling review. If the interview and sterling are a proceed then you will be called back for a second interview with the store manager.

Share scenarios, examples of when you handled a difficult situations, leadership etc. Several questions started with “tell me a time in which …”. It was hard to not be repetitive with responses. Be sure to have a lot of specific examples of typical and not so typical experiences from prior jobs.
