There were two interviews. However, a lot of times you won't get a second interview if the first one goes really poorly. The first interview is usually with the department manager and the second with the store manager. Almost all questions are behavioral. They ask you to tell about a time you had to deal with adversity in the workplace and how you resolved it. The store manager asked me if a situational question about what I would recommend to a certain type of customer he described to me. Anyways, the questions were all off of a interview paper they have, so they're pretty much the same for everybody. Both managers took quite a bit of time to write down my responses. They will definitely ask about your experience with the sport or area you are applying for and, depending on your answer, will ask follow up questions based on that. The manager's were all pretty personable and easy to get along with.

Received a call from the Administrative Assistant, scheduled a formal interview at the Store Location. In-store interview was very fast, hired on the spot, started a week or so later.
