I spoke with a recruiter during a career fair. Had a follow up meeting as well as created a short video answering basic technical and personality based questions. I did not continue with the job process because I expected a different offer.

Entretien
Really good! One recruiter call, two interviews with UX team, IQ test, offer. Great company and seems to be moving to modernize the online retail business. Only reason I did not take the offer was location.
