Company never took job listing down so when I interviewed I was told that with 10 years management experience I did not have enough experience to be in management. When I started I found out they transferred another person from another store before I even had an interview.

I was already employed full time with the company. Was willing to relocate. Called me and asked a few questions and then they spoke with my current manager and offered the job without a face to face
