Was a very good interview. No unnecessarily difficult questions, but there were ones to make you think. Felt formal, but wasn't a terrifying experience. Did not do the cliche and tired "weaknesses and strengths" questions.

I had two interviews that lasted about 30 minutes each. I spoke to a floor manager first, then spoke to the store manager. The questions weren't too hard, just mostly general questions. They offered me the job on the spot.
