After applying online, I received a call from the office administrator to set a time for an interview. From there it was just a relaxed in-person interview with the store manager. It took about 30 mins and they let me know if I was offered a position or not.
It was fairly easy. Only a phone interview and one in-person interview that lasted 30 mins max. The process took maybe 2 weeks or so. You really do not need to prepare much for it either. They are willing to train
