Una entrevista clara y bien enfocada, Definieron claramente las responsabilidades del puesto de trabajo, salario según convenio. Muy importante tener un nivel alto de inglés, tener buena actitud. En general fue una muy buena entrevista

Super easy interview process - really just one behavioral interview. They asked about why operations, a tell me about yourself, leadership style, etc. One phone call interview that was a vibe check, another zoom interview.

Entretien
Pretty straightforward, I was interviewed by the hiring manager. And he just wanted to see how I could relate my past work experience to the operations team. It's no different from any other interview.
It was an online pre recorded interview that was quite difficult as the process is awkward. Would have much preferred a teams or face to face interview. However they could give some more guidance on how to answer the pre recorded questions before hand
