I went to their college day interview and was there for the entire day. I interviewed with three different people and then was sent home. I was called about a week later with two offers.

Super easy interview process - really just one behavioral interview. They asked about why operations, a tell me about yourself, leadership style, etc. One phone call interview that was a vibe check, another zoom interview.

Entretien
Pretty straightforward, I was interviewed by the hiring manager. And he just wanted to see how I could relate my past work experience to the operations team. It's no different from any other interview.
It was an online pre recorded interview that was quite difficult as the process is awkward. Would have much preferred a teams or face to face interview. However they could give some more guidance on how to answer the pre recorded questions before hand
