1, Powerbuilder and PL/SQL technical test 2. and then in person interview with 30 questions. You have to answer them within one hour, questions are related to your job and titles.

Went through a phone screening, then two more interviews with regional hiring managers. Pretty basic questions but still be sure to look into the company info well and prepare for the interview like any other.
