I submitted my resume via 104 and got their interview inquiry by two weeks. Before the interview with the team leader, it was required to take an English test, which was conducted by a computer. Questions from the leader were easy. She just wanted to know the personality of the interviewee and gave a deeper introduction for the job as well as the company.

The entire interview process takes 15 minutes. The interviewer will first ask the applicant to introduce themselves, and then ask some questions about logistics and transportation in different languages. The HR representative will continuously ask questions based on the applicant's work experience in an attempt to trip them up as well.
