Was contacted by HR, had screening interview with HR, then joint interview with VP and Director. Old technology (skype), but HR helped to test it. Very friendly process. Interview with HR was straightforward, interview with group was very targeted and took an hour.

did not address the role and expectations, they did not seem to understand what the role required or it's expectations, very poor in preparation, i became frustrated with this and told them that this was not what was expected from an organization of this size
