I was contacted by a recruiter, the interview was fairly standard, but was organized very last minute. I was asked to come in for another interview for a different position, but I felt the recruiter was very unprofessional and rude, so I choose not to attend the 2nd interview. The whole process I see as negative mostly based on the recruiter.

I had one virtual interview before being hired on. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was asked to describe my previous work history, paying specific attention to my customer service experience. I provided relevant, pertinent examples that exemplified my customer service skills. I said why I was interested in the role, illustrating also why I was a good fit.

There were 4 stages of the recruitment, each stage more stressful which still doesn’t necessarily guarantee you’re going to be fully employed immediately. You’ll still have to be a contract staff first.
