Two stages. First round ia all about the standard get to know you better procedure, interviewed by HR manager. Second round a presentation in a random topic to higher management.

Entretien
The process included aptitude test, group discussion and interview. The interview was like a conversation but also included technical questions. After selection in this process they had one more interview with the VP - HR.

Entretien
Having a personal presentation (In both putonghua and English) and also a Personal interview ( in Cantonese)
You will be given 20 mins to prepare your presentation including PowerPoint .
Interview process was very unique and interesting. Without even working in corporate you can get some basic ideas how to work. Process consist of public speaking, group discussion, and personal interview.
