Easy interview process and very friendly people. Questions on cultural fit and technical questions related to the job with a short case study that was not too challenging. 2nd round involved a final interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Experience working in procurement and how I would approach an e Tender situation
Was reached out to 3 times in a two week period for the same role.
1. External recruiter who thought I was great and wanted to get me in for an interview and then ghosted me.
2. Another external recruiter from a different company but I already had an interview with an internal recruiter so once I realized it was once again for DHL, I ended that process so as not to mess up my internal interview.
3. An internal recruiter who said she would move me forward to interview with her boss, went on vacation so I didn’t hear back for a week, emailed me to apologize when she got back and then ghosted me.
Overall very confusing and disappointing process to have 3 different recruiters interview you and then never make it to a hiring manager.
