I had at first telephone interview and then I was invited to the assessment centre in Bonn. The assessment centre had different kinds of tasks, personal presentation and interview included. I was asked a lot about Marketing and Branding in case of B2B business (although other participants were not). I was also asked to present myself in 10 min using a poster (having also previously a time to prepare). Some logical tasks, tasks with figures and conflic-management were included.
