Professional, 30min HR screening but not suitable due to start date being too early, so they followed up with an email with feedback. They still responded to me even though it was clear I cannot make it for the role.

They hired a third party recruiter to conduct the interview. The questions were basic. The interviewer didn't seem to know much about the position I was interviewing for. At the end of the interview they asked about salary and said they'd follow up with me. However, I didn't hear back from them at all. When I reached back out to follow up a few weeks later, they said DHL had paused hiring for the position. Not the worst experience but still disappointing that they didn't inform me until I asked.
