Received a professional welcome by the hiring manager. An interview room was booked in advance. Was first given a written test similar to GMAT but a lighter version. Technical questions were relevant and not too easy. However, given a proper background, anyone should be able to answer them.

Panel interview was disorganized. Job description didn't align w/ interview. Questions and answers were inconsistent and did not apply to job requirement. I felt like I was interviewing for an unknown position.
