I applied online then was called by an agent asking a few basic questions and told that the manager of the store would call be to arrange an interview. After a week of waiting I chased the agent to be told that there was no position to be filled. A month and a bit later I was called by the same agent saying there was now a position and could I attend a 1:1 with the store manager in a couple of day. The interview seemed to go well, I was very relaxed with basic interview questions, the interviewer (manager of the store) told me how they were not from a sales background and has beem in the role since August. I was called the next day by the agent saying that the Manager thinks I would not be happy as a Sales Advisor due to my past roles (Sales Managaer and Regional Sales Manager), all I can assume is that they are not convident in their job and looks at me as a threat
