Quick and painless. I interviewed with four engineering managers at once, which initially was a intimidating but proved to be more calming due to the informal nature and banter. It was a pretty open interview. 5 years later after accepting and knowing the guys that interviewed me very well, i understand they are all good friends outside of work, hence the banter during that interview.

Could I remember basic heat transfer formulas and apply them.
first exam is online then after a couple days you will receive a email for schedule of second f2f exam then last is Interview with HR and Manager. You will be interview in one room with Filipino and Japanese manager you will be ask about experience, thesis if you are fresh graduate, internship or OJT and about yourself.

The interview went smoothly where some technical questions were asked to ensure I had good problem-solving skills. This was a 3-panel interview where the 3 interviewers were managers from different areas of the company.
